We have found the best way to quote a bathroom project is to take the cost of tile, fixtures, and accessories out of it. That way, the homeowner can narrow down their options based on their own budget.

Our basic format is to quote a price to remove and discard all items in the bathroom down to the studs, supply and install all necessary plumbing and electric to code, supply and install new insulation in the walls, concrete board in the shower area, and waterproof sheetrock elsewhere, install homeowner-supplied tile, fixtures, and accessories based on our measurements.
